We have been building & selling properties for a number of years, predominantly in the Fethiye area and recently expanding to nearby towns.

All of our properties are built according to EU standards. We also offer off-plan and custom built villas to suit the individual needs of our customers. We currently have several developments for sale offering a diverse range of properties from 1 bedroom apartments to detached luxury villas .

I can remember standing in a field about a year ago where our villa now stands, and I can remember feeling that we were taking a bit of a risk because all The developer had done up until then was build a few apartments and the the first Kemer project, and even that wasn't completed when we agreed to buy.

A year later and we have just had our first holiday in our completed villa. We had hoped that it would be a fabulous villa, which is what Zafer and his sales guys had told us it would be. The reality is that it is far, far better than our expectations - the villa is absolutely beautiful, the finish is beyond what we imagined, the pool is just amazing and I cannot say enough about the wonderful  town of Kemer, the food and the local people.

With any new house you will have some snagging or teething problems, and we've had quite a few, though nothing serious. What separates a good company from a bad company however, and what makes a customer happy, is how the little problems are handled.

The developer's after-sales service is about as good as it gets. Umit heads up the team of people who cannot do enough for you, supported by the very reliable and lovely Laura. Umit does what he says he will do, and does it quickly. He manages the whole of the after-sales team in an expert manner, being firm and friendly, but takes no nonsense from either his staff, or from his customers. With Umit you get what is written on the tin - if it's been promised then you get it. If it's not been promised then you don't.

I have spent quite a long time writing this letter to you, considerably more than I would normally do. There is only one reason for this, which is as follows:- It has always been a dream of ours to have a beautiful holiday home in the sun which, if someone is lucky enough, they get to acheive. We have not only acheived that but we have chosen a fantastic company to do this with, who have delivered everything they promised and, most importantly, have backed it up with the best after-sales service you could ask for. As a thank you to everyone at The developer for enabling us to acheive a wonderful dream, I felt the least I could do is spend a reasonable amount of time composing this thank you to hopefully help pursuade some other people to make the right choice, just as we have done.

`Joyce and I had fantasised about retiring to the Med one day for many years, but after a holiday in this area 2 years ago, we realised we could go for it lock stock and barrel, and retire early from work into the bargain.

The second plot that The developer showed us was unbelievable.On the banks of river,with a terrific view of mountains that are snow clad right up to May, and located in a typical turkish village, yet only 30 mins away from the bustling resort towns.

Well, to cut a long story short, it all came to fruition, and we absolutely love it; the villa,the views, the village, and in particular the turkish neighbours - they are all wonderful, and even now we sit by the pool some days and think " is this just a fantastic dream,and we are are going to wake up soon"

But it is real, so thank you The developer for making it all possible `

`Buying a home abroad hasn't been the daunting experience I expected it to be. It was to be my second home and an investment, where I can rent out when I am not living there. From day one it has been filled with help and support to ease my worries and concerns. I found as friendly a Sales and After Sales team as I could have imagined.

The developer Sales team did not pressurise the sale, but assisted in queries and offered information and reassured me...in all areas. The information given was accurate and every step of the way has been supported.

The after sales have also been very good. The service does not stop, just because the sales agreement has been signed !. Obviously, there have been a few teething problems, as you would expect with any new property, even buying at home in the UK . However, these have been or being dealt with along the way within reason. Advice and assistance in purchasing furniture etc was great. As for the people friendly side, I found that especially comforting. From being pointed in the right direction for a lovely lunch to having had my daughter visit for the first time, without me. The team made sure she was okay, helped with any problems she might have and made sure she felt welcome to the area.  I feel confident in sending my family and friends over, knowing they will have a great, problem free holiday.

I would like to add that my experience has also been that of learning patience. Things are not dealt with in as much a hurry as we have come to expect in the UK . Life is much more laid back. I realised that one reason I chose to buy here was BECAUSE of just that.  My villa is beautiful, excellent value for money and just as advertised.  I look forward to each and every visit. My confidence in The developer is such that I look forward to following the new Ceylon project in 2007 with a view to purchasing a further property as an investment.`
